The GLRZ Vibration Staking Machine is an automatic device developed by our factory. In this model, the up - and - down adjustment of the vibration seat is automatically regulated by the oil cylinder. The adjustment scale is presented on the text display or touch screen via the PLC controller. The conveyor belt, driven by a reducer and controlled by a frequency converter, enables stepless speed variation. Meanwhile, the transmission speed is shown on the control panel. These mechanisms assist leather craftsmen in determining appropriate and precise softening intensities and conveying speeds as per their requirements.
