Vacuum Dryer

As an efficient drying equipment, the Vacuum dryer machine can significantly reduce the boiling point of water in materials by creating a vacuum environment in a sealed space, thus achieving rapid drying of the materials. Its working principle is based on the vaporization characteristics of water in a vacuum state, enabling the materials to complete the drying process at a lower temperature, effectively preventing the quality of heat-sensitive materials from being damaged during high-temperature drying.

The GGZK series of vacuum drying machines are specifically designed for the leather industry. They adopt vacuum pressure technology to achieve efficient drying and flattening of leather. The machine is equipped with 2 to 5 layers of movable pressing plates, which are hydraulically driven. The maximum vacuum degree can reach 0.1 millibar, and the temperature range is between 5°C and 95°C, which can be adjusted according to the process requirements. The dehumidification rate is between 25% and 80%. Its core functions include accelerating the evaporation of water by using the vacuum environment, and at the same time, improving the quality of leather fibers through mechanical flattening, making the grain surface of the leather finer and the area significantly increased. The equipment is equipped with safety protection devices such as emergency stop buttons, limit switches, and mechanical guardrails to ensure safe operation. In terms of maintenance, it is necessary to regularly check the hydraulic oil level, filters, and seals, and replace the original factory parts to ensure the performance of the equipment. It is suitable for the pretreatment of wet leather and is often used in conjunction with an oscillating softening machine to improve production efficiency.

Compared with traditional vacuum machines, we have comprehensively upgraded the condensing system of our equipment, enabling efficient drying at lower temperatures. In response to the special requirements of the drying process for split leather, since split leather contains a large amount of nitric acid and is highly corrosive, in order to extend the service life of the equipment, we have independently developed a vacuum pump and a roots pump made of stainless steel. This innovative design not only ensures the effective drying of split leather but also greatly enhances the durability and stability of the equipment in a highly corrosive environment.
